How your information is used

Quintum OÜ (Estonian registry code 17024619, Viru väljak 2, 10111 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia) decides how the information on this form is used. We use it only to evaluate your interest in early access, and we rely on your consent to do so (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). We keep the information from this form until the early-access evaluation has been concluded, and we delete it 30 days after that. Those 30 days are a reversal window: if we reopen the evaluation, the pending deletion is cancelled and we keep the information while the evaluation is running. You can withdraw your consent at any time, you have rights over your data, and you can complain to Andmekaitse Inspektsioon.

Why we collect it
To evaluate your registration for early access to Quintum Financial Hub and to contact you about it. Registering does not guarantee access and does not create a contractual relationship.

Your consent - GDPR Article 6(1)(a). Giving it is voluntary; if you do not, we cannot evaluate the registration.
How long we keep it
We keep the information from this form until the early-access evaluation has been concluded, and we delete it 30 days after that. Those 30 days are a reversal window: if we reopen the evaluation, the pending deletion is cancelled and we keep the information while the evaluation is running.
Who else receives it
Your entries are stored in our own database, on our server hosted by Contabo GmbH in Germany. The confirmation e-mail we send you is delivered through our external e-mail hosting provider, which handles your e-mail address and the content of that message. This page also loads a stylesheet from Google Fonts and a script from cdn.tailwindcss.com, so those services receive your IP address when the page loads. We do not use the information on this form for advertising and we do not sell it.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, and the rights to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability and to object. Write to hello@quintum.ee to exercise any of them.
Withdrawing your consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hello@quintum.ee. Withdrawing does not affect the lawfulness of what we did with your data before you withdrew.

You can lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate, Andmekaitse Inspektsioon.
